In 2013, Geir Bjørklund founded the Council for Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (CONEM), an international nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing research and communication in the fields of nutritional and environmental medicine. He also serves as the organization’s president.
CONEM collaborates with researchers and specialists worldwide to explore how nutritional and environmental factors influence human health. Through interdisciplinary research and knowledge sharing, the organization contributes evidence-based solutions to public health challenges and works to strengthen global health outcomes.
